Capital Hill has a long distance very different working class neighborhood near downtown Denver. It is usually in full-time Large selection of affordable housing, and there are many attractions and parks nearby.

The Denver Tech Center is an industrial area about 15 miles from downtown, surrounded by areas rich with many million-dollar homes. Your type of action most of the sights.

Hill capitata old buildings, especially apartments and small - and I know you're looking for apartments.

Tech Center is the new flats (20) and larger - more space than flat and land owners.
In Denver, at work, people usually find a place, then a job - but most people go here - it is not unusual to work 30 minutes or longer switching on. Tech Center, I had a lot of office work. Capital Hill is very close to downtown, so they had a lot of jobs you can find there, depends on what kind of work.
Age - Technology Center will be after 20 top 30 business, there are houses nearby, which are filled with families.
Cap Hill - lots of different age groups, but smaller families.

Crime - much higher in Cap Hill
Homeless - up the hill to the CAP, but hardly in the Tech Center
Unemployment - higher amount Cap Hill

The price may be higher in the center of high tech in general, but you can find good price if you are looking for. Attractions? Well, it depends on what you want.Cap Hill is the center of which there are many clubs, shops, downtown, visiting the people, etc. are all sporting events, concerts, operas, ballets, etc.
Tech Center is not the center, but not too far from leading to the exit. We have all the time. They have an area of great concert called Fiddler's Green in the center of the art. In addition, there are many places to eat, walk to places, parks, etc.
Most people leave the center, sometimes, no matter where you live. But all areas and restaurants, movies, small bars, etc.

I live in the Denver Tech Center. I must say that this and greenwoodvillage.org you can see the statistics. The Denver Tech Center is a friendly place. We have a Cherry Creek school system, a district of large companies, and the median income in this area is certainly more than AVG. There are many houses that atleast half a million ... You need to visit.

Capital Hill = fear

Capitol Hill is closer to the center and most of the houses are bigger. I also think it's more than any other historic district.
